For all appointment cancellations, at least 12 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund. If a 12-hour notice is not given, you will be permitted to reschedule your appointment for a later date or receive a 50% refund.

Rules and Regulations

1)  Closed toe shoes are required, no heels, no exceptions
2)  Hatchets never leave the lane they are assigned to
3)  Hatchets are only to be thrown as demonstrated by your coach
4) When hatchets are idle they are to be resting in the assigned hatchet holder associated with your lane
5) Never hand or transfer a hatchet to another person. Exchanges only take place by retrieving and retiring the hatchet in its holder
6) Never turn away from the target and or hatchet until the hatchet has come to a complete rest. Always be aware of where the hatchet(s) are. Eyes on hatchets all the time!!
7) Keep fingers, hands, and any other body parts away from chain link openings and within the confines of your assigned lane
8) Never cross the throw line until all hatchets are fully resting
9) Always check surrounding areas before throwing a hatchet
10) No food or beverages in the active hatchet throwing area
11) No juggling, bouncing or irresponsible “horseplay” will be tolerated
12) Inform staff immediately of any injury, broken targets and or broken hatchets
13) Intoxicated people are not allowed to play or be a spectators.  You will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds or reschedules for these occurrences
